"Cute, clean, well appointed cottage! Communication with host excellent. Great location just a few minutes drive to FSU! Bed was comfortable with high quality linens. Very clean bathroom, kitchen and living space. Perfect for one or two people. AC nice and cool! Everything new. All in, definitely recommend. Enjoy your stay in Tallahassee! Kudos to the hosts on keeping the charm while renovating this cottage. "

"This was a new listing with no reviews, but we booked it anyways because we needed a place where we could park two cars filled with dorm stuff. We were told it was a gated community and there was a garage we could use. The gates never closed, but thankfully both cars fit in the garage. The unit had excellent air conditioning and plenty of hot water for showers. Beyond that, this property was not ready to be listed.
