"This was our second trip to the Riverside cottages. The property is great and had everything me and my husband needed for our boating trip. We brought our dog with us and there was a nice walking area at the back of the property for him. Our 24ft boat had ample space to fit beside the house and there was a hose we could wash it down after. The boat ramp is right across the street, and we could walk to all the restaurants. Great location."

"Had a great 2-night stay during my daughter's FSU orientation days. The location is perfect for anything you may need to do on campus. I had to come back and forth a few times throughout the day and was able to get there and back very easily each time. The host has put a lot of work into making this space it's own. Super cute set-up & decor. Very clean and had everything I needed and then some. This would be a great stay for football weekends! Definitely coming back for one of many trips to...

"It was very clean. The king sized bed was surprisingly comfortable. The step in shower was a big plus. It was extremely close to many restaurants and stores (short walking distance). Comfortable porch to sit and people watch. Artsy Me just downstairs was super fun and our family painted our own pottery there. We visited Apalachicola for the first time with our adult daughter and the place was very accommodating for all 3 of us. "

"We met the owner personally. He was very friendly. He answered all our messages almost immediately. The pool was refreshing and being able to pull up by boat was a plus. We were very comfortable. It was a quick bike ride to the beer fest we were attending. We also enjoyed meeting their pet cats! "
