"The cottage was perfect and so cozy, we were a group of 10 and had the best time hanging out, playing games and making s'mores by the firepit and the enjoying the hot tub.Jenn & Brett are amazing hosts, they had sent us the details for check in and were communication with us t during the weekend. "This house was absolutely stunning and comfortable for the purpose of our trip. The screened in porch was an absolute game changer because of the only downfall ... BUGS! We wanted to enjoy the fire pit but could not. Both days, the deer flies and mosquitoes were so bad. We had our puppy with us, and got eaten from just standing out to let him pee. I tried to go for a walk, but it's just the area. We stayed for 2 nights while at a lacrosse tournament, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked...

"A true week's vacation in a slice of paradise just 30 minutes from Perry Sound. Reservation, check-in process and check-out could not have been more simple and effective. "In Huntsville area to visit with grandchildren. Booked this location for the close proximity to Huntsville, for the lake, water activities (kayaks, paddle boards) and pet friendly. Could not have asked for a better location !! The Windermere is a bit rustic, but well appointed and we loved it. Can’t wait to visit again !!!
