"Trinidad is a hidden gem with beautiful views and beaches. The house was exactly as pictured in a nice neighborhood with views and close to local shops, grocery store and restaurants. It was very comfortable for our family of 6 but lacked some basics I've come to expect like at least a minimal amount of alum foil, plastic wrap, sugar etc. Not even a salt shaker! I also would have appreciated a bottle of cleaning fluid. The only thing provided was 2 rolls of paper towel, trash bags and a 2 oz....

"Unfortunately, I received very bad service. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS REALLY CLEAN WAS THE BATHROOM. Everything was very old and dirty. They never changed the sheets, pillowcases, or blanket in the days I stayed there. The only thing they changed were the bath towels. The blanket was stained and had other people's hair on it. NOTHING THEY OFFER ONLINE IS REAL. AS I SAID, EVERYTHING IS OLD AND DIRTY. IN ADDITION, THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE $100 DEPOSIT THAT ONE LEAVES WHEN CHECK IN"
