"We were visiting the area specifically for Elk Fest and this property was a perfect location for that. In today's age internet is a must and it worked perfectly for such a remote location. We would stay here again if we are back in the area."

"The property was unique and roomy as advertised, and very convenient to Breaks. The location offers very limited options for dinner, but that is not the fault of the owner. The owner was very responsive throughout the process. Kinda pricey for only 2 people, but great if you are filling the space. "

"What a fantastic stay! The property was just perfect for our group! Easy access to the trailhead, plenty of parking and overall a great place. The host was very easy to communicate with. There is a great bar across the street that has yummy food and a good crowd. Highly recommend to stay. :) "

"Nice house, good location. We rode Spearhead Trails. Easy access although the town cop informed us that the one section of 460 is not for ATVs and that was the only way to get to trails. They didn’t cite or bother us so we kept going that way. And we frequently saw State troopers, Town cops and Sheriffs while we were there and they never stopped us. We all agreed that we would stay there again. "
