Beautiful scenery, house set up was good with amenities. Dishes a bit dirty, nothing major, overall cleanliness was acceptable. Hot tub issue but management did eventually take care of the issue. Some door handles loose, cable not working in 1 room.

Nice property, had to call because garbage outside was not taken care of. Electrical outlets in kitchen were not working. Mirror fell on one of the vacationers because it was not mounted to wall. The lights above the hot tub are not to code don’t have them on if in tub could cause issues. The property was good. They should have a note to explain how to turn off heated floors not needed for summer. Confusing on how to contact owner, but a nice enough. Asked them if they had hair dryer told no, but there was indeed two. Thank you for the rental it served its purpose.

Big Sky Trip
I appreciated the well, appointed kitchen. Everything we needed to cook gourmet meals, serve meals and store leftovers was available. There was plenty of room for all the guests to have their own space too. We had 3 vehicles and the driveway accommodated them. The garage had ample space as well. I would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful Location and Spacious Home
The home was overall clean and spacious. The heat did not work well in the bedroom near the front door. Kitchen was well stocked, and they provided plenty of toiletries and linens. The carpet could use a cleaning. A few lights were out in the kitchen. New furniture in the main gathering area was very comfortable. Hot tub was great. They could improve the plowing on the driveway and shoveling around the stairs and deck/balcony. We really enjoyed our stay and the property was well located.

Great home and amazing location. The house worked really well for our group, and we really enjoyed the deck space. The main downside is the fridge and freezer had a horrible fish smell. We contacted the property manager VACASA on multiple occasions and they did nothing. Overall, great house but lackluster management.

Not Great
We rented this home to house family while they were in town for the weekend. We had several issues that led to missed expectations and a poor rating. First, there was a pile of stinky garbage in the garage when we checked in. Garbage needs to be kept in the garage due to bears, and I was surprised to see the trash cans overflowing with food and household trash from previous guests. Some other reviews spoke of cobwebs and other signs of wear. Vacasa replied saying that these problems would be addressed. They have not been addressed. Lamp shades and decorations around the house haven't been dusted for quite a while and it shows with spider webs and grime. Smoke alarms in the basement have been disconnected. The screen door leading to the hot tub is busted from what looks like someone's foot having gone through the screen. The majority of the sleeping areas are in the basement. Six of our 9 guests were sleeping there. There is a locked utility closet in that space. Around 1am an alarm began sounding from inside the closet. It would go off every 73 seconds (Yes, I timed it as I was laying awake in the middle of the night) making it nearly impossible to sleep. The listing claims that there are local managers, but we didn't find this to be true outside of business hours. I called the host using the number in the listing. After waiting on hold for 17 minutes, the call center told me that they would be unable to get a manager to the property before 10 or 11am the next morning. There was no commitment of a refund or help to offset the inconvenience. Instead it will be up to the local manager to come in afterward, assess the situation and decide if a refund will be given. We love the area, and enjoy hosting guests during the summer and winter. I'll be choosing a local host next time and avoid the "professional" management companies.

Good House, ok Location
House worked fine for 3 couples. Thermastat didnt work so it was super hot, especially in the lower bedrooms. Noisy boiler room. Jouse needs some attnetion - snow removal area thin, beds sosso, dishwasher on its last legs, well stocked kitchen. Dog poo all iver the deck outside of master bath. OVerhead garage door broken. Good house layout for 2 couples and a bunch of kids.

Beautiful house located in a great area!
What a beautiful house! We spread out during our week stay and absolutely loved this house. Very well maintained, everything we needed was there, great views off of the deck and such a great location - close to everything. Would spend another week here in a heartbeat!

The accommodations were beautiful except the dining room and living room furniture is very worn and uncomfortable. More instructions would be helpful ( trash disposal, key code entry, ). The residence was stocked sufficiently. Decorations should be changed ( Everything was Christmas) all that was missing was a tree. Plenty of wildlife outside was a plus.

Beautiful home, great location
This property offered everything we needed. The deck was great to enjoy views of the mountains. Perfect location, perfect place. We got to experience wildlife roaming around in the front yard! Yellowstone is less than 1 hr away with a beautiful and peaceful driveway! We absolutely loved it! We will be back for sure!

Great home for a family getaway!
We had a great time staying at this property. Layout worked well for the 3 couples and 2 kids in our family. Kitchen had everything we needed. Entire house felt clean. Hot tub worked great - we even had a red fox visit us while relaxing in it after a long day! Only hiccup was the fire alarm randomly went off for a few minutes one morning and one seemed to be dangling in the main living room. It only happened 1 time, so we didn't call about it (and the baby stayed asleep so it really wasn't a big deal!). My suggestion to the owners would be to provide a few baby items (ex: pack'n'play, baby gate, etc) to better provide for a range of renters. We'd definitely stay at this property again if we're in the area!

House needs a lot of upkeep work and organization done.
Soft spots in floor on main floor near fireplace, roof is leaking in master bedroom, hot tub was cloudy and not clean, screen doors were all in bad shape (ripped screens). You couldn't seem to ever get the house to cool down and heated floors would not turn off. We had to purchase our own laundry and dishwasher cleaning supplies, when listing implied they were provided. Listing stated no dogs, however, there was evidence of dog everywhere including a large kennel in the garage and spilt dog food in corridor connecting the house to garage. Many lights in the house did not work including master shower light and light above dining room table. Broken furniture as well in dining room area. Over all this is the worst house we have ever stayed in out of the many properties booked on Vrbo.
