"First off, the house was really dirty there was dog hair everywhere. Also the smoke detectors beeped all the time meaning they need new batteries. The downstairs bathroom had a trey underneath the sink the trey overflowed and started leaking(there was mold around it meaning it’s been leaking that for a while). The outside barbecue wasn’t working properly only one burner worked. The heater took around 5 hours to heat up."

"We had a family reunion with all ages from 1 to 92 years old. This house was perfect for everyone. We had a day planned at the lake and no one wanted to leave because the house had so many amenities. We had an abundance of dishes in the kitchen to cook with and it was nice to be able to eat together there was plenty of seating. We hope we can plan to come back and do it all over again because it was so much fun!"

"Excellent location overlooking the lake. Well stocked kitchen with dishes, glassware and utensils. There was no drying rack for hand washed items so that might be something to consider adding. The oven fan continued to run for the entire stay. Contacted property management to let them know we couldn't figure out how to turn it off. "This property is absolutely amazing! The location, the furnishings, the cleanliness and the view are all perfect! The property management and on site manager are all so attentive. They checked on us upon arrival to make sure all was well and checked on us prior to departure for the same reason. I've traveled to Lake Tahoe many times, but this trip is by far the best. "

"We had a great trip at this property. Very beautiful spot with a short walk to the public beach. The private area is more for just jumping in the lake, but you can walk to a larger beach area next door. Amenities were great, kids loved the pool and lawn area. Plenty of space in the house. You will hear some road noise from the highway as it's behind the property, FYI. So not as secluded as some Tahoe properties, but it was still very relaxing and a lovely view. A lot of reviews made me worried...
