"What we like: Near center, incl. Walkable to grocery store, stunning view where the property is located and along the way to the center, enough rooms to cater considerably big family. What we don't like: no wheelchair access, access to property from the street was rather a struggle, what up in the snow before reaching the stairs, utensils/appliances were not clean/ worn out (suggest to replace some of them), oven was not cleaned."

"The photos don’t do this apartment justice. We hadn’t stayed here before, and were a little worried at the smaller living room and kitchen, but it was absolutely perfect. The first thing we did was get the fire going (Everything was supplied) unpack our groceries and make nice warm drinks, and that brought the apartment to life. "Great location for families. Our only complaint is the diswasher needed a good clean as we had to take apart and clean the filter and the top washer arm was full of gunk so our first lot of dishes needed to be rewashed. Thanks we had a blast."

"cold and old . the heating was terrible , we were so cold we left after 1 night and there is no refund , $$$ gone ,it was also a construction site with one balcony having a danger sign on it also no car parking as construction machinery was parked there with scafolding everywhere. I have stayed in over 500 hotels etc in 80 different countries and 6 storeys was the highest in china without a lift but this was 7. Not even long life milk for coffee. The owners should be ashamed"

"Just completed our annual snow trip to Buller. We stayed in a family room. Big room (for the snow) with breakfast included. Amazing location at the top of Bourke St. Proper ski in/out. And the Double cheseburger on their menu is legit! We'll definitely be coming back. "
