"Booked for 2 adults and one 15 Yr old child. They hotel wanted to charge me extrabdor sheets for the child. The claim a 15yr old is expected to sleep in the double bed with the parents... I was speechless."

"It was very nice that our room was updated to a larger apartment at no extra cost but the noise from the construction outside of the window was very loud. We have stayed at this motel a lot of times in the past couple of years whilst I was getting Chemotherapy, shame that we didn't get the upgraded ..."
