"Found the cabin on the second try, it’s hidden in plain sight, right off the road. Hosts provided welcoming touches like a personal sign and flowers. It’s a basic setup much like camping and we brought some basic kitchen stuff and lighting devices, which helped. The stream was full and flowing fast and loud, but subsided over time. "Beautiful little cabin in a lovely secluded location. Clean, comfortable, extremely quiet. The only issue we found is - the hot water heater is horribly undersized. Any more than one 10-min shower and you’ll be taking a COLD shower! Lovely retreat for a couple, but a shower together? Out of the question! My wife and I took AM/PM shifts on the 2nd day after it took my breath away on day 1."

"My husband and I enjoyed this lovely "hideaway" for our 15th anniversary! We had a quiet, private retreat for a day before having our 9 year old son join us the next day. "The house was clean and beautiful. Ken and Lindsey were amazing to deal with. We even got to enjoy a thunderstorm on the lake so pretty. Definately felt like home away from home. Didnt want to leave at the end. Neighbors were friendly didnt bother us at all. Would reccomend 10/10"

"We were looking for a quiet, affordable cabin with privacy as a place to write and relax. This cabin was perfect. It was close enough to run to town for an extra sweatshirt when it was cold a couple of days, but at the end of a dirt road for quiet when we wanted that. The communication was good and Victor and Judy next door were very helpful. We used the kayaks and life vests, swam off the dock, and the sunfish were biting like crazy. "Although the cabin was not cleaned before we arrived, the Vacasa cleaning crew came right over after we called. They said it was a scheduling problem that caused them to not have the cabin cleaned before we got there. I would have expected a proactive call to let us know about the problem and for them to have corrected the schedule before we got there and called them about it. Vacasa is also refunding us our cleaning fee."
