"Very easy to check in came with a kitchen that was very well-equipped including water in the fridge.Very spacious and private. The owner is quick to respond to issues that arise. If coming in late at night beware of the steep driveway. Lovley large balcony for a morning coffee or a night beverage or two. Would love to come in the winter to be able to light the fire. Plenty of games and has the bonus of a record player!!Recommend for a quiet, peaceful time away with families and/or friends. "

The cabin had everything we needed including books, games and a huge collection of DVDs - it reminded me of the days before streaming when we used to go to Blockbuster to chose a movie. "My 10-year old son and I loved staying at the cabin. We wished we could have stayed for much longer than 2 nights and explore more of the bushland.A tranquil place in the middle of pristine nature with beautiful wildlife. We will remember the breakfasts at the terrace in the presence of lorikeets and crimson reds. Nice relaxing atmosphere with lovely neighbors."

"This property was awesome and the photos don't do it justice. It was in a quiet and relaxing area with a tranquil outlook. The only thing we could fault was that the dining tables were for 6 seats only and the property catered for 8 people. In saying that, there was alternative seating close by. Other than this there was everything you would need for your stay with a well appointed kitchen and entertaining areas. We would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed at the Retreat for a family wedding , we had 5 adults and still had room for more. The rumpus room with pool table and table tennis table was a huge bonus and we were the envy of others that stayed there. The house was great and we did not need anything else to make our stay better, we were warned to bring everything with us. All the wildlife around was wonderful as well, reminded us that we live in Australia. It was a shame that we could not fully go on the long bush walks on...
