"We had a 3 night stay, along with other family members staying 2 nights. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the sea front and amenities in Paignton. Our room was so comfortable and homely, absolutely spotlessly clean. The welcome from the hosts was so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay and the communication was good from booking to leaving. We would certainly be sure to book again when visiting the area.Our choice for booking this hotel was...

"Unfortunately my double bed was 2 singles put together which was uncomfortable for my partner and me. We were disappointed that there was a window over looking the bed that had no curtain or blind so the sun came in at 5 to wake us up. Another problem was why wouldn’t you give guests a hand towel? After washing your hands the only item available was toilet roll. "

"A pleasant welcoming hotel near the seafront. The room was hot when we arrived but cooled somewhat when the window opening restrictions were removed. I think it would be too hot if the outside temperature was high."

"Enjoyed my stay. I booked this as a little get away for a long weekend. The staff were all friendly and approachable and could ntk do enough to help. The room was ideal for what we need, the bed was huge. My only downside was there was no fresh air in the room just Aircon which was not the best as the room became very stuffy and it was not even the hight of summer. "

"Jo and Martin run a very efficient and friendly business. The B&B is in a great location and the availability of off street parking is a bonus. Lots of choices for breakfast and Jo provided tourist advice which was very useful."

"Right from the booking in until we left. The lady that booked us was very polite and helpful. We had a priemer room on the top floor. The view was great, it looked over to the pier and beach. The room was really big, the bed was massive really comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable price and you had good options. We were only 5 minutes away from the town centre and shops. Definitely go back in the future. "

"Staff were great but the only real negative was the appearence on pulling into the car park, some of the wooden windows to the rooms looked very tired indeed. My room was nice, the bar area needs slightly modernising and breakfast was ok. I appreciate most would like to sit in the consertory part whist having breakfast but the sun was hot this morning coming through and tables in the shaded area were not laid. I suppose If I asked the staff would of made up a table because all the staff are...
