"Property is exactly like the pictures. We did have a thought time trying to adjust the basement shower head, but there were no glaring maintenance issues that were a deal breaker. Rental properties will always have a few hiccups here and there. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Basketball court was cool, but we ran out of time to use it.
