"Just returned from an overnight stay at the Lucena with my partner and toddler. Arrived early and asked if we could leave our cases but we were able to check in straight away. We had room number 3 which was a double bed and bunk bed room. We had more than enough room for us all. The beds were really comfy which was definitely needed after countless walks up and down to see the illuminations and the kettle in the room was very welcomed. Hotel was in a great location and close to the attractions...

"Stayed for 1 night to see the illuminations. Hotel is opposite a tram stop so really handy. There is parking to the side of the hotel as well as on the prom, we got a space which was great. The pool is quite small and shallow but the kids had loads of fun in it. Would stay again."

"Cuando llegué entre semana por la tarde, a plena luz del sol, la fachada del edificio por la que esta la entrada, da un poco de miedito, tiene aspecto desgastado, hay bastantes vagabundos/borrachos por las inmediaciones. Pasas una puerta corredera de cristal y tienes que subir por el ascensor a la 1 era plata, donde esta la recepción, hasta llegar ahi, la moqueta se ve sucia, con olor, e interior del ascensor un poco lúgubre, da la sensación de que has metido la pata y estas en un hostal o...
