"The hotel is centrally located and parking was very easy. The staff are fantastic friendly courteous and helpful in any way they could be. However the hotel whilst comfortable and clean looks tired and could do with a refurb."

"I booked this stay for mum and my great aunt both over 80. Every Member of staff was exceptionally polite and helpful and made this short break very enjoyable for both of them they were made to feel exceptionally special.. The hotel left a card in my great aunts room wishing her a happy 80th birthday ..."
