There are 5 queen size beds with 3 closed door bedrooms, 1 open bedroom in the basement and 1 other open bedroom - we were lucky the kids didn't need much privacy in the open bedrooms but something to consider if your group needs privacy. "The place is spacious and clean. However, we encountered some things that made it less than ideal. The hot tub was too hot (107) so we could not use it the first day. The dishwasher was not working, found out the water to it was turned off. Hot water was limited, if you wanted to take back to back showers, the second person had a cold one. The set up was fun and gave you space from your guests (with the bedrooms on either end and the trailer to use) Great outdoor games."

"This was a getaway for my birthday and my mother-in laws retirement. Easy to keep our own space and do things together at the same time. Very clean, beautiful property. Great set up for larger groups and loved the Bat house. House was fully stocked and everything was thought of. Very private setting that did not feel like you had any neighbours. Would highly recommend and plan to return."
