"Pedí en el room service una ensalada , y me la trajeron en mal estado, le hice fotos, lo enseñé en la recepción y me la cobraron!!! No me importa el dinero pero si el detalle de haberlo cobrado cuando te entregan comida en mal estado. Escribí al hotel y ni si quiera me han contestado."

"Die Unterkunft war super für einen Aufenthalt von 14 Personen. Sie liegt mitten im Wohngebiet, trotzdem konnten wir den Aufenthalt genießen. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schnell und einfach. Gerne wieder!"
