"Good location , private . Property very tired . Holes rotted through floor , window frames rusted through . told to fill wood box on departure , which we did ,it was empty on arrival . Surfaces greasy . We cleaned it better on departure . "

"This was a fantastic property for our family and kids partners, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one shower, one bath) and heaps of living areas to lounge around in. All very clean, everything you need and a homemade loaf of bread and next day's brekkie on arrival. Beautiful spacious gardens in a rural setting but only 5 mins from town. Close to beaches and Mt Strzelecki. One of our best ever adult family holidays. Thanks heaps to our fantastic hosts."

Had simply everything you would need plus a real homely feel to it with a beautiful outlook over the water where you can read, watch the birds and experience nature at its best. Coffee, a small supply store and a bar & restaurant are all within a few mins walk of the property. Would def return!"

"This beach house was all that we had hoped for and more. It not only put us within easy striking distance of more remote (and truly amazing) areas of Flinders Island, but it was also a fun, relaxing, very well equipped and comfortable destination to be enjoyed in itself!
