"I recently stayed at Elk Springs Resorts, and my experience, despite some positives, fell short of expectations for a purported 5-star resort. Areas of Concern: Cleanliness: The accommodation lacked cleanliness standards, with visible dust in vents and filters, as well as under furniture, creating an unpleasant environment. "Large clean condo. Well stocked kitchen, good sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, clear instructions for adjusting heating. Would have helped to have some channel guidance for the TV- it was frustrating to just have to keep channel surfing. Spectrum doesn't offer much of a guide. This property is in the midst of everything accessible on the main drive in Pigeon Forge, but it's tough to get in and out of the road due to traffic. "
