Great house and location!
We had an amazing time here! So much so we're hoping to reserve it again with a few other friends to enjoy. Host was very quick to respond to any issues. The game console was great as was the game room downstairs. The online manual wasn't sent to us, but the host sent it immediately upon request and was very informative and up-to-date. Thank you again so much, and you should be hearing from us soon to rebook! The Lindleys

This is not a 4.5 bedroom
We enjoyed our stay however, the house is a 3 bedroom with some extra sleeping areas. Comfortable for the couple and children. Not comfortable for 4 couples. The house is dates but survivable. The views are amazing. Kitchen has nearly everything you need and it workss. The pictures are old and the furniture is not the same.

A house binder would be nice explaining what was expected on checkout. Directions on how to turn off parental control on TV. Detail the description of the hight of bath & shower, (they need Balance bars). The two cement steps should be colored or high lighted to prevent tripping. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Just pointing out some possible improvements.

The house has lots of games and cooking supplies you will need. Hot tub was nice. The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach. I would not count the women’s cave near the hot tub as additional bedding to sleep. It looks like people have been using it for their dogs to sleep. However, there is more then enough space to add air mattress on the floor. We had a great time. And the property is perfect for a large family or group of friends.

Beautiful views, great location, excellent hosts
The property has amazing views and is in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and golf course. Plenty of space for a family to spread out. Teens loved the pool table and retro video game. Excellent hosts with detailed instructions to facilitate a great stay!

Wonderful weekend!
Our family really enjoyed everything about the house. The kids loved the pool table and the arcade game. The adults loved the view and the ease of using everything in the house. Also, thanks to the comprehensive handbook we received before checking in we learned about the easy walking path down to the beach and the incredible tide pools! We can’t wait to book our next stay!

**Cousins Reunion**
The house is fabulous! We utilized every room and the hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots n pans etc. Perfect for my 55yr young and over cousins and our only living 84yr young Auntie. The “Woman Cave” was a bit of a stretch in the description listing. The futon in there is really only good for a child or teenager. It’s too small for most adults. One other real issue was the length of entry stairs to the front door. This was not in the description. Also, the small coffee maker is missing a lid for the pot which makes it totally unusable. You probably need to replace that pot. Overall we had a great low key visit. Thanks for everything.

Enjoy the View
Perfect place for three senior adults (75+) and three young adults (18-27). Places for gathering together, and spaces for individual activities. The only downside was the challenging access to get into the house itself… once inside, everything was basically one level. The views of the Bay were truly awesome.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house has great amenities, is very spacious, and clean! We love this location and the view was gorgeous! People of all ages will enjoy this home. Bonuses were the old school arcade video game and hot tub!! The owner was kind, responsive and accommodating. I hope to be back soon!

When contacted Jonathan was able to get BBQ grill replaced within 2 days. House was spacious with unbelievable views. Wish man cave was connected to inside of house. If you have a dog verify that the dog run fence has been replaced. Dated house but it was in our price range

Annual Family Vacation
House is located in a beautiful neighborhood with a view of the ocean and golf course. Convient little store/coffee at the golf course. The house is nice size with 3 bdrms upstairs and a sunroom with a futon that we utilize as a room for sleeping. There are 2 nice size bathrooms upstairs. Kitchen is fully stocked so there was plenty to use for cooking. There is a propane bbq on the deck but we decided not to use it was not burning evenly. The Man Cave downstairs was utilized for sleeping. It has a kitchen with mini fridge, stove and closet with lots of linens for the couch which pulled out to a bed. There were not much cookware downstairs but I assumed maybe it was all upstairs. We never cook downstairs. Overall it was big, roomy, and worked for us.

We had a beautiful stay in Bodega. Location was great and size of home was awesome. Plus, we could have our dog. Plenty of sleeping places, lots to do. Arcade game, pool table, views, walks, hot tub… the hot tub did not look clean. I did not even get in. I was really looking forward to it. I’m not sure the bedding was clean. The blankets and pillows were so old, the bedding was very uncomfortable. Some of the teens pulled out closet bedding to make up the futons. 2 of them heeded my advice and washed everything first. 2 of them didn’t, and 2 weeks home from vacay are still tending to rashes from an unknown breakout. We guess both girls reacted to dirty closet bedding. The floors in corners were dusty, and the home smelled of mold. As most coast homes do, but this is extra. I was not going to review the home, but the email invite prompted me too. My hubby made a good point about re booking. As least we know what to expect… we most likely won’t return.

Great stay!
Great location. And this house was family/kid friendly! Easy walk or drive to the beach. It’s definitely 3 regular bedrooms plus 1.5 areas for additional sleeping arrangements. We had 6 adults and 4 children - plenty of space. Fun!

Old and comfortable but falling apart
The description of the place was accurate. It was nice and had great amenities like the pool table and the balcony and the spa it was good for a family but What it did not say was that everything was falling apart or broke. We couldn’t go into the backyard, which is one of their focal points for how great the place was because the fence was literally falling over a huge missing board with a hole in the fence and the gate was so warped it would not close, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, except for the master bedroom that was comfortable the dishwasher had broken drawers inside of it and the trash cans were full of trash when we got there.
