"House under renovation…was missing a few necessities. Owner lives in the house and is friendly. You can hear the other occupants of the house if they are noisy"

"The Guest House is absolutely a dream. Everything is totally perfect with amazing attention to detail. Added luxury with having use of the jetty with sun loungers, canoes, cabanas - too many to list there is nothing they dont cater for. The most amazing host and nedt place we have stayed."

"We had an absolutely incredible time here. We had a small wedding with about 30 guests who all had the option to stay the night. The love shack and cabin were beautiful and so was the outdoor bathroom building. There was a really great speaker for use at the gazebo and bbq's galore. Our only real issue was the power to the island wasn't on when we arrived so we had to troubleshoot that by standing on the edge of the rock for reception to text the host. Considering that was the only real issue we...

"Lovely, clean property in a very quiet spot. We did find the bed in the extra bedroom quite uncomfortable but otherwise our stay was great. I would recommend checking Google maps (especially if arriving after dark) as there’s no lights or signage, and having an idea where the unit is beforehand will help. "

"Nothing seriously wrong with the place, but it should really be stressed that this is one of multiple units on the same property. The other notable complaint is the lack of screens on the sliding doors, which makes them impossible to keep open due to insects, especially after dark. This is particularly troublesome in the "media room", because it has no AC and gets stuffy with multiple people present."

"The pictures do not reflect how exceptionally beautiful the accommodation is. It is even more beautiful than in the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend Gio and Julie as hosts. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Tanya, the owner, greeted us on arrival, she gave us a lot of information about the cabin and surrounding area. Especially where to see bears which was the main reason we came to Vancouver Island. She was spot on, we saw bears almost every day! The cabin and setting were lovely, we would definitely come again.
