"We really enjoyed our visit there. It was family friendly, and dog friendly. The owners also didn’t mind if I had my family that lived in town come and visit (they did not stay over). "I live in San Antonio, and recently had family come in to visit. We rented this beautiful home and it was delightful. With multiple living areas, a very large kitchen, a game room across from the pool, and a separate “garage apartment” as the 5th room, it was a very nice stay for my family. "This cottage was the perfect accommodation for a Fredericksburg stay. It was very close to Main St yet still felt as though you had plenty of quiet countryside space with wildlife. It had special touches that fit the town's heritage and was clean, spacious, and detail oriented with every convenience you would need for a stay. I would highly recommend and would reserve it again if staying in this area."

"The property was overall a great experience. Tha games kept the kids entertained. There was plenty of room for 11 people. The downside was that they advertised a hot tub and there wasnt one. Also it advertised queen beds, but they were full size beds except the king in the master. These are things i would have wanted to know. The location was great and the host was fantastic. They answered very promptly every time i had questions. "

"The house was small and just the size we needed. Check in was at 4 but it was closer to 4:15 by the time we got in. Landscapers were there and left a huge pile of leaves that blocked the entire front of the house. Had to park next door the entire weekend. Part if the reason for choosing this location was the fireplace option since its January and cold at night. There was no firewood available to use as stated in the post. Other than those 2 things the stay was great. Id recommended a few more...

"I had a wonderful stay here,it was so quiet and peaceful on the grounds. I saw deer very often just walking around,it was amazing. The cabin itself was quaint,it fit my family. It was close enough to town without it being overwhelming. The winery had many great options of wine. I got a flight and the guy pouring the wine was very knowledgeable and funny. I wouldn't definitely book here again."

"Very cute and cozy place for a short vacation getaway for two. Super clean, comfy and quiet, this is a good place to retreat to, especially if you don’t really need a kitchen. The chairs in the sitting area are a little uncomfortable after a while if you’re watching TV, but not a big deal. I could have used a bedside reading lamp, too, but again, not a big deal Overall, I liked this place!"
