Hope they change the beds to come back

This review is addressed to the general manager of this hotel: The base of the beds (wooden structure) makes noise at the slightest movement when sitting down or lying in bed. This of course is most evident at night when there is silence and one is lying with the ear on the pillow trying to sleep. We complained after the first night, as the noise at each turn woke us up many times during the night, and the staff did try to fix the problem, unfortunately without success! They even disassembled the box under the bed and put it back together, but the noise persisted. On the following morning were offered to move to another room but the bed in the other room had exactly the same problem so we stayed in # 437. The whole stay was prepaid in full, otherwise we had moved to another hotel. This hotel is very nice, has good facilities and friendly, well intentioned staff that try to do things right, but sadly lousy beds! and ... what do you look for in a hotel? Mainly a place to rest and sleep well. So despite the fact that everything else was quite good, I couldn't recommend this hotel as long as they don't fix this issue, and that's why I gave it a poor rating to the comfort and in general. There is also no communication to the manager, because with our multiple complaints, the manager himself should have communicated with us and done something about it. The hotel is a 4 star in everything else, but the bedding spoils it.

Hotel OK pero no es el mejor...

No es el mejor de los Doubletree en el que me he quedado, está ok pero la zona no es la mejor... además no pude acumular mis noches con Hilton Honnors

Very good location and a great service.

Great room, not so great check-in

The property is going through rough times . The entrance is being used by the property next door and they managed to have two hotels managed under one . Lights are off , little to no amenities , but the staff do their absolute best to make you happy . Problem is there are only 1-2 that are available for two hotels . If they can help you they absolutely will , but if there isn’t anyone , you may have to wait . My room was A+ , but check in was not good . The entrance to the Hilton is no longer working so it took me about 15 min ringing a doorbell and another 30 to be fully checked in once I found the entrance . Sadly covid had ruined the experience of a once beautiful hotel and it looks dreary once you arrive on your floor . I hope and wish nothing but the best for the property, but it looks like it may be on its last breath.

The beds were comfortable, the swimming pool was perfect for children and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that needs to be improved is the breakfast: it was very mediocre and the buffet bar was poorly situated and hard to access.

Great Hotel staff

The worker bee staff in this hotel really care. They try extremely hard - and succeed - in understanding needs and a significant willingness to correct anything you consider is not quite up to snuff.... they don't always success BUT you cannot fault the genuine desire to "make your stay a great one"
