Wonderful host!
We had a fantastic stay! The property was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished, providing everything we needed for the week. The host was excellent and very helpful, especially when we needed to extend our stay. Highly recommend!

Great Townhome
Very cute townhome, clean and comfy. Parking spots are limited, but still better than hotel parking. Quiet and cozy unit with all amenities. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a nice place in Garden City/Boise. Near the Greenbelt. Quiet, clean, no frills but a TV. Everything I needed for a short visit. Responsive host.

Peaceful
This property was very clean 2 bedroom 2 bath and had all the kitchen items we needed. We stayed 2 weeks. Being an older person, I did get tired of the stairs , but that’s nothing against this beautiful unit. The complex was very quiet and well kept. One surprise for us was , the 2 nd small bedroom didn’t have a closet or place to hang my clothes, so I lived out of my suitcase. We very much enjoyed our stay as we had our own car to get around in. There are very few things within walking distance. The river walk was one of our favorite things to do and it was about 1/2 mile away. We were here for a special reason, but if we were to come back to Garden City / Boise we would definitely look into staying here again. Our host Keri had everything set for us,Made it very easy to check in. Thanks Keri.

Perfect stay
The property was perfect. We felt very safe. It was a very comfortable home away from home. We could not believe how quiet the community was. The last night of our stay there were fireworks that we could see from the balcony. Perfect end to a perfect stay.

First time in Idaho and staying here made it very comfortable. The house was very cute and clean exceeded my expectations, owners were awesome!!! Definitely recommend.

Canceled last minute
I hate giving this place one star but I honestly was not able to stay at this property because the owner canceled less than 4 hours before we were to check in with no reason given. While they refunded me my money it really put us in a bind because there was no other lodging available in Boise likely due to the concert we were planning on attending. Even the VRBO customer service team was unable to help me find new accommodations for the first night. I lucked out and found something very expensive for the second night on my own. My biggest frustration was that I reached out to the owner several times before arriving for information on checking in days in advance and got no response other than the cancellation notice the day we were to arrive. I highly recommend that if something like this happens to you reach out to the Executive Customer Service team. It took some work but once I was finally able to connect with them (Shannon and Matt), they were fantastic. Both were very understanding and sent me regular updates on my reimbursement requests based on the Book with Confidence guarantee.

Property manager to the rescue
At check received a message that the previous booking was refusing to leave. Had just driven 7 hours with kids I was irate. The owner tried to find another unit and did not have one. Vrbo was not helpful. So she put us up in a hotel and then in a lovely unit the next day. She went above and beyond… was quite frankly amazing! The property we were in on day 2 was lovely with great amenities, very clean , and a great location. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Keri. I would certainly seek out her properties again. Thank you Keri!
