Not as clean as it should be

Quaint house-good location however it needs some cleaning . Dirty windows, dirty & worn rugs, dirty patios furniture. Linens & pillows could use a refresh.

Mountain West Championship Game

Stayed here with my wife for the Boise State Game. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cozy cottage in a quiet neighborhood that is close to all you need. Would stay again.

Very gracious host

We were very thankful to work with Leland. It was unfortunate that the air conditioning in the house went out right before we arrived. Leland told us immediately and provided fans in each bedroom (as his AC repairman was not available for a few days). We stayed one night, but it was too warm. Leland was very gracious to refund us so that we could find a place elsewhere with A/C. He was great in his communication with us.

This spot was perfect!

Great location and the large backyard, patio and grill setup was perfect for our group of friends to enjoy our weekend. We were in Boise for a motorcycle show/event at the old state penitentiary so we did have a few extra friends come by and the neighbors were accepting and as far as I know did not complain about the bikes. This place had everything we needed and then some! Location is ideal also, grocery store right up the road and anything else you could need within minutes! The house is a great setup and even nicer than the photos show but the backyard (especially this time of year) is what really made the trip for us! Stretch out after the drive and yoga in the grass in mornings! Highly recommended!!

Quaint and Comfortable

This property was stocked with everything we needed in order to have a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet, central location just a few minutes from downtown but felt like it’s off the beaten path. We couldn’t enjoy the backyard because it was too hot while we were in town but if you enjoy sitting outside you will also love the yard. Also there was amazing loaf of the best French bread waiting for us! I did eat that whole thing. It was an unexpected surprise :) This is a great cozy getaway.

Positively Perfect

Amazing. It was a lovely little cottage, homely and cozy. True to its name. Conveniently located, very accommodating, and clean. Worth the price over any nearby hotel. Perfect for hosting a small BBQ get-together or even a night watching TV. Highlynrecommend

Great property

What a great property. The host was wonderful. He left us a great sourdough loaf. He was very responsive if I had a question. Our family spent a weekend enjoying the Boise area. The house was great very clean and updated. One thing to note there are 3 bedrooms but only 2 actual beds the third room has a hide a bed couch. It was a wonderful weekend we would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!!

This was such a cute house to stay at!! Some girl friends and I came up for a bachelorette party and it was in the perfect location. So close to downtown and all the other things we had planned to do. Super nice that there is a small shopping center literally around the corner. The weather was perfect so we enjoyed the super cute back yard. The beds we sooo comfortable. And the loaf of bread was a great gift for when we came back at night. I would definitely stay here again.

Visit to see our Granddaughter

The property is in a perfect location which is close to Boise State, downtown and the airport. The house is very comfortable and inviting. The kitchen is great for cooking and the backyard is lovely! There is a grill and outdoor furniture to enjoy the outside. Our host, Leland, even welcomed us with a delicious loaf of bread. We were in town to visit our granddaughter and we’re just minutes from her apartment which made getting together so easy. We really enjoyed our stay!

Girls trip

My mother who was celebrating her 70th birthday, my daughter who attends BSU and I stayed here and loved it. It’s close to the college campus, it’s clean and such a cute house. We didn’t get to enjoy the backyard because it was a little to cold but can’t wait to book again when it warms up. Leland was a great host and always quick to get back to me when I had questions

Great, Great Place

This place is a perfect bungalow with comfortable beds, good bathrooms, and a great location. The property manager is phenomenal, and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Boise.

Parents Weekend!

The House is small and cute, good for 4 people, beds are comfortable but the 3 room is a hide bed for maybe a small kid not comfortable for a adult, location is great with an Amazing backyard!
