"There was a double booking issue (Expedia mistakenly did two different bookings) the front desk was so helpful! And understood and is refunding the second prepayment. Great staff and the remodel is beautiful! The quietest Best Western I've ever stayed at! I will definitely stay again if I pass through there again! Will stau again"

"I like how close this place is to the event I attend once a year in Mountain Home. The room is small but comfy and very clean. Very easy to find. Near a gas station. Not really any complaints. Neighbors were a bit noisy but nothing obnoxious or threatening. Parking is adequate and never felt unsafe at the Thunderbird. "
