"A 4 star hotel old décor, no air conditioning and no mini bar. I request a fan that they promise me but do not deliver. Cleaning is done only in the bathroom but not in the room. Very bad experience"

"Wir durften 1 Woche in diesem Haus verbringen. Für 2 Personen mit Hund war es ideal von der Größe her. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war trotz Sprachbarriere hervorragend. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort."

"Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, ..."
