"This home is exactly that. A home. It is so warm and welcoming and you feel so good when you walk through the front door. Check in was so easy and the home is exactly what you see online. What you don't see is how easy it is to communicate with Mark. How well stocked the home is. How comfy the furniture and the beds are. "Property was just as described. We had everything we needed. The carport was a big bonus for us because it was raining heavily throughout our stay, and we appreciated staying dry while loading/unloading our vehicle. Owner responds quickly to questions. Location was great for us Decatur natives with proximity to grocery stores, big box stores, restaurants, parks and banks. It was even close to the funeral home we were using. Neighborhood was quiet. HVAC system and water heating were also great."

"We had a great stay! Came for a relaxing weekend and family get together. Everything was very clean and orderly. Plenty of kitchen gadgets and supplies along with towels and linens. The beds weren’t the comfiest to sleep on but they served their purpose. We enjoyed playing in the game room and relaxing in the hot tub. The sunroom was used very often as well and gave a nice place to grab some family pictures."

"We had a nice stay at the Holiday House. The decorations made it extra fun! We had 3 adults and 5 small kids — it was nice to let the kids play with toys and in the yard while adults hung out. The hosts were great! We had no issues with our stay, but the hosts were quick to respond when we asked for a recommendation for St. Patrick’s Day festivities."

"We had 6 ladies who shared this house for 2 nights. It was a good location close to our conference location and dining needs. We will definitely consider this house in the future. It is on a main road so there was a bit of traffic noise but it let up later into the evening. We were easily able to accommodate ourselves with the 1.5 baths. Rosa was always available to answer my questions and very quick to respond. "
