A Great Find
We had a lovely weekend at Bill's. Bill and Phyl have thought of absolutely everything - and more - to make sure that their guests are comfortable. Bill is warm and friendly and a great communicator and showed us around the apartment when we arrived. The apartment has been well thought out - with comfy seating to take advantage of the sun/shade at every hour of the day. The view is amazing, taking in all aspects and fabulous views of the beach and sea. Despite the bad weather during our (mid-winter) stay, we were warm and cosy inside with our books, yet a very short walk from the beach for quick walks during lulls in the rain.

A wonderful setting
The house is well positioned in the Pacific Palms area and has amazing views across two beaches. The house itself is very comfortable with some nice touches from the owner who was very helpful in providing us with information of places to visit. A great place to relax!

The perfect place to get away
The property is the perfect get away to leave the chaos of Sydney behind. Bill was amazing as a host, keen to help and communications was perfect. The accommodation itself was top notch with many luxurious extras. the unit was well equipped with everything we needed. The views were spectacular.

We had a wonderful 4 days at this lovely property. Bill and Phyl made us feel so welcome but then the place felt so private - like our little ossis. And the views! From every aspect. Boomerang Beach from every angle! Paradise.

Amazing views!!
We had an amazing 4 days at Bills on Boomerang,the property is amazing with 180degree sea views! Highest point on Boomerang beach. Everything from check in to check out was smooth and no hassle. Property manager Julie,has great recommendations and if you stay must try Brunched byJenna,private caterer that delivers straight to your door. A short couple of minutes walk and your on Boomerang beach. Very relaxing stay,lift is a bonus for luggage and food. If we come again,won’t want to stay anywhere else!

Bill’s place was perfect, the views are wonderful and the apartment is comfortable and very well equipped. Julie the property manager was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and she very kindly delivered us two dozen of the local oysters….thank you again!

Look no more, you have found it!
Me, my boyfriend and another couple we enjoyed the stay at Bill’s property. Place is really neat, it has everything you need for cooking, chilling on the balcony or inside by the windows with magnificent views even from bathroom. We would like to come back one day and enjoy the area on a nicer weather condition. Overall 10/10!

Fabulous Fabulous
Located at the top of a crescent with sweeping views, Bills on Boomerang will not disappoint. Beautifully presented with everything and more that you could possibly want on vacation, this light and airy property will leave you wishing for a longer stay. The unexpected extras in the pantry and fridge made settling in easy and facilitated no rush to the shop to get provisions right away. The beds are extremely comfortable and coffee machine with good coffee made our mornings on the deck overlooking the ocean just perfect. Bill and Phil are wonderful hosts and we look forward to coming back again.

The best views in Boomerang
The house is amazing and the views would have to be some of the best in Boomerang. The house is so well equipped it had everything we would ever need plus more. Location is perfect with an access path to the beach and another to Boomerang Drive. Bill and Phyl were very friendly and helpful hosts and I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a fantastic week.

The views from the property are outstanding, kitchen is well catered and the bed is definitely comfortable (as a previous reviewer suggested). Your hospitality is warm and welcoming. Fabulous location at beach!
We found it very hard to leave Bill's property. Beautiful beachside location, we saw whales and dolphins and enjoyed hearing the waves each night. The deck has fantastic views, bed is comfortable, kitchen is extremely well stocked. We didn't meet Bill but communicated well and respectfully. There is a fabulous local market on last Sunday of the month- highly recommend. Thanks Bill.

Mid winter down time.
A lovely quiet beach side retreat with everything you need for your stay. Well equipped kitchen, very clean and cosy even during mid winter. A very relaxed stay with attentive and caring hosts. Well suited for families with teenage kids looking for sun, sea and surf.

Stylish with stunning ocean views
Marvellous location with stunning ocean views on all sides - from sunrise breakfast to sundowner drinks and moonlit BBQ on the balcony - in the company of frolicking whales and dolphins. Beautiful and stylish interior with superbly equipped kitchen. Made all the more special by owners Bill and Phyl’s hospitality. We’ll be back!
