"Great house, great host. Plenty of room to spread out for 17 people. Used the pool, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, went hiking, watched movies, played pool, played yard games. There was always something to do for everyone and if there were any questions, James was always quick to answer. Will be staying again when we return to the mountains."

"The unit is very cute and nicely decorated. Has a very nice kitchen area, which we did not use during our one night stay. The location is excellent - one block walk to the heart of downtown Boone. We were able to easily walk to the Performing Arts center on campus for a concert. A/C is a window unit (not central air), but it felt cool enough for me. Parking is off-street, but the alley back to the duplex is tight. A large SUV would be tough to maneuver and park, IMO. There are stairs only to the...

"Property was a great place for our large family if 24 to stay as there were enough beds and entertainment spaces for everyone. Beds were very comfortable with nice sheets and covers and plenty of pillows. The main floor was a perfect place for us to gather as there was plenty of seating and tables both indoors and out and wonderful views!
