"The house was great for my family as we traveled to the Grimes area for a family wedding. It was cheaper than 2 hotel rooms for 3 nights which is amazing right now due to everything is sooo expensive. We all had our own rooms and the 2.5 bathrooms made getting ready easy. The kitchen was fully furnished and a comfy couch for relaxing inbetween. Also getting to the house & to HyVee and Walmart were super easy. Would suggest this house if you are looking in the Grimes Area for a great family place...

"Spent the weekend riding the rails and tubing down the river. The house was a perfect location for these activities. Had 4 couples and the house was set up nice so we could all hang out and visit. Communication with the owner was easy when a question came up. If you’re looking for a place in Boone for a big group this house does the trick."

"It was easy to find, easy to access the property. The basement bedroom was alil scary. The upstairs bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortable. Limited cooking utensils and pots and pans, plenty of plates, cups and such. Plenty of towels and blankets. Was a pretty good overall stay for us for the week."

"From communicating about the property and our access of it, Zack made it easy for us to settle into the family weekend together. Clean, comfortable and enough space for our party of 14 to play well and sleep well. Love the heated pool...everything in the kitchen we needed for cooking breakfast. "I grew up in a small town not far from this beautiful rental in Adel. Right off of a main highway but secluded by country surroundings. Super clean and great furnishings. My Iowa classmates meet each year and this is our favorite place to stay. You can’t ask for nicer owners or better facilities. A 10+ all the way. We will be back next year!"

"Don’t be mislead by the age of the house; it was impeccably clean and organized. The neighborhood, though not centrally located for university access, was close to downtown and south Duff businesses plus convenience stores and several restaurants. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. It suited my needs perfectly."

"I was very impressed by the Host , Susan! She stays on top of everything and she is very efficient and communicating.The place is absolutely Gorgeous! If you like historical and vintage then you will definitely enjoy staying in this neighborhood. This part of ames iowa is definitely a historical attraction and there are plenty of things to do here"
