Comfortable Stay with View
This is our second time staying at this lovely Chetola condo. It is clean, comfortable and attractive. The view of the tennis/pickle ball courts give great space for viewing the geese and deer in the mornings. Excellent accommodations!

Comfortable cozy condominium
A couple of days of our stay were cold and rainy so it was a huge plus to have the heated indoor pool, sauna and hot tub to enjoy. Also the work out area was very nice as well. There were many updates in the condo. And so nice to have the gas logs. The mattress on both beds were memory foam and very comfortable. All in all a very nice place!!

Great stay in Blowing Rock!
We really enjoyed our stay at Holly 5! The condo was spacious, decorated well and had everything we needed. Great location close to skiing, hiking and enjoying everything Blowing Rock has to offer. Our kids enjoyed having the pool and tennis courts as well. Would definitely recommend this unit!

Nice to come home to.
This was a clean, updated, nicely furnished condo in Chetola Resort. It provided a home base for 2 adult couples who were having an away weekend in Blowing Rock. The gas fireplace was appreciated. We checked out the live music and beverages at the Bob Timberlake Lodge, but otherwise ate all of our meals out. Our short visit did not allow us to use the included indoor pool and spa, but they looked nice. One person in our party took the nearby hiking path back to Bass Lake and gave it the thumbs up.

Nicely furnished, convenient to downtown
Convenient to downtown, Moses Cone and Boone. Chetola Resort is beautiful and there is plenty to do on the property. The unit itself is well appointed with beautiful furniture, a nice mountain motif, and quality cookware, though the master bathroom is showing its age. The one negative is having zero contact from the owner. I typically get at least one message from the owner of a rental asking if we need anything. We had no contact during or after our stay.

Lovely unit on a great location. Could have had more dishes available as therer were only enough for one meal and did not have any serving pieces not that we were even cooking that much but still became an issue

Great family but properly wasn’t repaired for us
Fireplace wasn’t working, the pilot light was off, fireplace and mountain get-a-way just seem to go hand in hand. We contacted owner and property manager without it repaired during our stay. There were four towels, two hand towels, and four clean wash cloths. My adult daughter used a washcloth to dry after her shower. When the owner replied to my inquiry, I was told that we checked in so soon that the clean laundry was in the dryer. Check in time was 4PM, we arrived after 5PM. I believe this was information that should have been shared. The toilet seat and a hook was broken in the master bath. I didn’t bother contacting the homeowners about something so trivial since their response always implied that they couldn’t be bothered with their property or us. My family was great, we had a good time, but the property was not as presented.

December Holiday Shopping
A friend and I wanted to get away for a couple days and enjoy The Town of Blowing Rock and it’s festive lights. Chetola was beautifully decorated with many outdoor holiday themes in lights around the pond! The condo is quite and close to the trails for a winter hike.
