"Morris - front desk agent - was so nice and helpful. When I told him our room smelled like cigs he moved us to an upgrade. Very helpful! I also loved the pillows and bed. I didn’t like cleaning fluid smell and dispite loving service will pay a little more next time for better place. "

"Location was absolutely perfect for the Blue Ridge marathon weekend. The parking was validated with my stay, all staff were very polite and courteous, and the room was clean! All elevators were working, and the breakfast selection was good each morning. Thankfully, this hotel is located downtown and convenient to restaurants, coffee shops, boutique shopping. Elmwood park is across the street which made for an easy walk to race day, packet pickup, and concerts. "

"I recently returned from my stay at West End Flats. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. The unit was clean and very well maintained. I felt very safe. And the building is charming being it’s an old elementary school building. Communication was swift and reliant. I forgot a few things in the unit and they are shipping them to me no questions asked. That is outstanding customer service. If I could rate it more than 5 stars.. I would! Thank you West End Flats!!"
