"It is difficult to maintain a property like this -- with lots of wood, plants etc but this place has done it very well. Rarely any mosquitoes, rooms and bathroom were clean, common area were clean and spacious. Shower pressure and heater were working fine which helps after a long day out in national parks. Drive in was a little daunting but after a while we got used to it. Food options in menu could be better but Kuching is a food paradise so we drove out to eat a lot."

We had to wait for an hour for our room to be ready. Hotel staff put us in an un-airconditioned room to sweat in the heat along with the remanence of that day's breakfast that was still scattered on the floor.
