"Ron was a very conscientious, caring and accommodating host, we were contacted personally shortly after booking, he gave us recommendations for the vacation as well as accurate directions before and during the vacation, which was great. The house was perfect for us and exactly as described in the ad, clean, with a great terrace and located in a really incredibly quiet place. We had a great stay, thanks again."

"We did not know Italy at all before this stay, and wanted somewhere not too busy with tourists - this villa turned out to be perfect! The villa itself was great - big, well appointed, and cool in the day. There was so much space outside, plus the beautiful pool. There is a footpath that goes to a small stream and then the village, and it was great to be able to walk to the bar / bakery / restaurant. Recommend Il Pozzo! We were a bit surprised when a few dogs found their way into the garden but...

"Fantastic house - all as per description - with very friendly hosts. Up the hills but close to parma and Bologna (1,5 hours). Great beds and fully equipped kitchen with fantastic plancha- BBQ. Great for hikes and to to enjoy nature. Cool in the evenings so did not need an airco. Plenty trees and shade. Would go again in a hart beat"

"Heerlijk genoten van het huis en de omgeving. Bij aankomst hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar. Huis en buitenverblijf was perfect schoon. Dat hebben wij zelden meegemaakt zo schoon . Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. We konden altijd contact opnemen met de eigenaar, als er iets was. En er is in de omgeving genoeg te ontdekken. "Or stay at the house was great and massimo is the most hospitable host we have ever met. At arrival there were the first necessities for breakfast and dinner. Massimo lives upstairs and the house is downstairs. As he has a different entrance you have your own space. The pool is for use only and you do not share this with anyone.
