"It was our first time trying out a self catering apartment, and we really enjoyed the two nights there. Clean, spacious, it has almost everything you need, except for a laundry machine and shower gel /shampoo. Hazel (the family dog) was super friendly, and the sunset views were ridiculously gorgeous. Applecross is a tad remote, so come prepared with all the food supplies you need. "

"This is the perfect cottage to explore Skye. Ideal for a family of four. We slept well, the shower is good and every thought has gone into this self catering accommodation (not one but two hairdryers, sharp kitchen knives, dishwasher tablets, treats!). We arrived with everything we needed food and drink wise (I recommend you do as well as it's a drive to the shops) but also ate locally at the inn which was fine and lively. There's an excellent playpark across the road and a pottery. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Tides Uig. The pictures do not capture how beautiful the view is from the home. We also loved the daily visits from the local sheep. "Sehr tolles kleines Haus. Würde es jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Hatten zwar kleine Mängel, habe diese aber dem Besitzer direkt mitgeteilt. Es zu finden, war nicht so einfach, man muss schon etwas weiter fahren als das Restaurant und dann kommen links lauter Schilder und da fährt man dann nach oben.
