"Overall, I thought the property was excellent, and the property was chosen for an SNHU commencement weekend. It was clear the property was recently renovated, and the downstairs sitting area provided the most space since the weather was rainy and windy. "Stayed in the winter, place got a bit cold (it does not have central heat). Wasn’t a lighter or enough firewood for our stay but the host brought a lighter and more wood. Beautiful pond in the back and the location is good, with easy access to the highway. Neighbors were close by, we were asked to turn off the outdoor light because it was shining into their house. Cottage was clean. There are security cameras outside. Overall it is a cozy place to stay in a good area. "

"Such a wonderful stay for a girls’ weekend! The property was more than we expected. Beautiful views and a prime location to restaurants and shops. We had a such a great time. It was so homey and cozy. The porch looks out to Lake Winni and we watched the sunset and rise. The hosts were great and so easy to communicate with. Would 100% recommend!! The 12 year old was happy to go outlet shopping, the 9 year old was happy to play games and mini golf at FunSpot, and I was happy to get Mexican food. "Steven’s house in Laconia was the perfect location for a family ski weekend getaway. Just 14 minutes from Gunstock and even less to town, it made getting around simple & easy. The interior was warm, welcoming, clean and tastefully appointed. We loved so much about staying here that I’m confident we’ll be back to both enjoy it in the winter, and summer. Steven was also very helpful with communication and food recommendations! "

"This was a great location to Mt. Sunapee! Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and house was warm. Could use TV instructions, as remotes did not function. We enjoyed 4 nights, pretty low maintenance family, spent most of our time snowboarding. We brought our dog, and she loved it as she found a toy and we forgot to pack her one!"
