"Excellent communication! Clean, quiet and comfortable. Stayed here for OSU freshman move-in. Short 20 minute drive to campus. Be aware that this is a basement rental with 5 steps down to enter, a lower ceiling (watch you head through doorways), and other renters on the property. No issues. Would stay here again!! "

"Had a great stay at this house. It's in a quiet area, and has a tall privacy fence if you have dogs, like we did. The furniture was really comfortable. We weren't there often, so we didn't use the kitchen much. The beds were VERY comfortable!!"
