"We absolutely loved our stay here. We were driving from Seattle down to southern Oregon. Instead of staying at some roadside motel, we wanted to have a unique experience that would enhance our trip. This was definitely the place for that. I have a feeling that it will be the thing my children remember the most about this year’s summer vacation. The place was exactly as described, and had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the area, I highly recommend it. "

"We had such a wonderful time in such a relaxing and peaceful location. The cabin was comfortable and very roomy. The decor was homey and its location on the Umpqua River made it just a perfect getaway. We had a great time in the river on the kayaks and the water was perfect for swimming. The only thing we would recommend is that perhaps the owner might consider adding a floating dock so that it’s easier to get in and out of the water.
