Great location, fair price!
The location is amazing, we loved Nantasket beach area. We did not know it and it turned out to be very cool! I would definitely recommend it! It is not the cutest place, there is some stuff that could be worked on, but it is worth the it

Not very child friendly
The house is on an extremely steep hill that made parking in front of the house almost impossible. The driveway was very narrow, but workable. There is a lot of glass in the living room that made it hard with a small child. However, it was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable.

House near the beach!
Lots of space! Gorgeous view. Close to the beach. The deck is shared though no one was downstairs when we were there, but that’s probably good to know. You can only get to the shared deck through the driveway/outside. But we used it and enjoyed it :) Quiet area. No complaints. We’d stay here again.

Bad experience
Well, this place was disappointing though well located. There were some broken windows; the window blinds were damaged and welcomed in the rising sun at 5:30 am; the floors were covered with an old and a tad filthy carpet; there was limited amount of kitchen utensils, pots and pans; dirty water was backing up into the kitchen sink drain which had us a little concerned about bacteria spreading around; some random nails were popping out of the walls; the dishwasher didn't wash properly; the dryer didn't work; but the wifi and tv worked well. At some point during our stay a guy from the water department came telling us he was sent to cut the water supply due to unpaid invoice - there were indeed some unpaid water invoice notifications in the mail boxes - then two days later another guys from an extermination company came asking how it was going with the rodent infestation. The water didn't get cut and we didn't see any mouse or rat but all of this combined together wasn't fun at all and I don't recommend this place which turned out to be rather expensive when it had so little to offer.

Nice and simple place. Easy walk access to beach and several resturaunts. Ocean view from the main room and 2 bedrooms is also very nice. Its also very simple to drive down the road and catch the Hingham ferry into the heart of Boston.

Hull Stay
We enjoyed our time at the Hull rental. We sat every morning with our coffee and looked out over the ocean. If you stay there, definitely recommend Jake's Seafood restaurant. The food was amazing!

Perfect for our famiky
We enjoyed our stay with all the comforts of home. We were travelling with several children, so it was important to be able to have readily available meals and play space. There are cosmetic things that could be improved, but overall, the house is great. It was comfortable and clean. The coffee table is beautiful, but it's glass and we were just worried about it with small kids. There is a shared deck with patio furniture. We did not use it, but the patio furniture looked to be very weathered and damaged. Parking is difficult (as it is everywhere in MA).There are two designated parking spots on a narrow street, so it's best if you have a smaller vehicle. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There are several restaurants, bars and breakfast options just a short walk away. When we were leaving, there was no place to put our trash, I would like to have been able to dispose of it somewhere instead of having to leave it inside. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and it was nice to have someplace large enough for our whole family to stay together.

We were disappointed .
We knew this was not going to be a luxury rental, but we were disappointed with the condition of all the flooring and furniture. Needs a complete remodel The owner was excellent to work with, quick to respond to our needs. The beds were comfortable and since we basically just slept here it worked ok for us. Good location and the price was good. Just know it’s a little beat up….

enjoyed our stay
Owner was very accommodating, got the impression that we might have been one of the first tennants. we arrived two hours before checkin and they did their best to get us in early. Condo fairly clean, would have loved to be able to open the windows but had no screens. Easy walk to the beach, had three teenagers with us and not much for them to do except the beach and an arcade. Nice little town, could walk to everything, lots of good retaurants

Surprisingly large!
This little cottage in Hull appears small when you pull up, but the 4 queen size bedrooms are for real! The living room has a huge wrap around couch which opens into the dining room, all of it overlooking the ocean. We were there for a family funeral so hosted a get together one night, and comfortably had 16 eat dinner and mingle. There is an outside deck on the bottom level to share with the other units that is great for enjoying some coffee in the morning sun. It is a true Hull cottage, so a little weathered, but Peter, the owner was so friendly offering to pick up things we may need for our stay. We didn’t need anything but I knew I could easily ask. The place is a short downhill walk to the beach and a delicious coffee shop. Parking is tight, but if you are coming for a beach week I would imagine you could park and never get back in your car again. So many fun things to do in walking distance and we tried to squeeze it all in: the landmark carousel, mini golf, arcade, beach, great morning runs. Great spot!!

The beach was a short walk but be prepared for hill climbing to get back to the house. Kitchen had only minimum to work with. Despite any issues I would stay here again
