"This place was absolutely amazing and I already miss it. The view you get for the sunrise and stars at night are unforgettable. The condo was very clean, well kept, and very spacious. The balcony was so comfortable and relaxing to sit out on. The only issue I had was it’s a little tricky to find because there’s a tree in front of the number. The town and stores nearby were also enjoyable to walk around as well as visiting Rocky Mountain national park. I would definitely love to stay here again! "

"Overall a very nice condo. Only negative is not under owner’s control. The people upstairs were extremely noisy and the hot tub was not functioning. Otherwise it was a nice and comfortable place."

"My group of 4 adults had a great stay with plenty of space. The apartment was clean and had many of the basic amenities. Old Towne Arvada is a very cute area with many shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. You can also walk to the train station (2 minutes) and take it to downtown Denver in 25 minutes. We also did a concert at Red Rocks which was only a 20 minute drive, so the location all around is advantageous. Check in/check out instructions were well communicated. I would highly...
