The townhouse was clean and comfortable. Two layers of double-paned glass kept the traffic noise to a minimum. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and hangers. The shower had strong, hot water.We didn't use the oven much but noted that it's in Celsius instead of Farenheit.The washer and dryer are new and efficient.

Great house and location

This was our first time in CO from MA. The house was perfect for our needs. So close to shopping and a beautiful hike near the college with picturesque mountains and a long running stream. The house was equipped with lots of the essentials such as soap and paper goods as well as plenty of towels. Major appliances are top end and there is an abundance of small appliances for your needs. I will mention that the mattresses are a bit on the soft side and the kitchen drawers could use a few wooden spoons. Other than that great place to rent.

Great stay in Boulder!

We had a great stay! The townhouse is beautifully decorated, well appointed, clean and very comfortable for a family of 4. Nice to have easy parking and location was convenient for everything!

I don't usually GUSH over a rental ...

This was such a well equipped, perfectly laid out, accessible to shopping and Boulder highlights, lovely place. The little backyard area is fenced off from parking giving it a real feeling of seclusion. Near major roads for quick in and out and super close to main stores and also the downtown boulder area. We like to cook and the kitchen had absolutely everything and really nice quality. The extra half-bathroom on ground floor was perfect for us 3 adults and the upstairs bathroom felt like a fancy hotel! And the host super helpful and responsive. Will definitely rent again on return visits.

Amazing Space

This townhouse was perfect for the weekend visiting our college kiddos. The set up was so comfortable and the decor was stunning. Check in and check out were unbelievably easy. We will definitely stay again when we visit our kiddos next.

We had a short trip to catch CU play NDSU and this place is AMAZING! Walking distance from literally everything you need. The host was awesome too. Quick to respond and made the entire stay a breeze. Will definitely stay again!

Boulder perfection

This is a beautiful townhome in an excellent location. The desk in the upstairs bedroom allowed my wife and I to both work uninterrupted by day, and enjoy Boulder by night. I highly recommend this property!

Excellent Location, Clean & Comfy

Our stay here was fabulous! The location is fantastic. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The furnishings and decorations were very nice and cute (minimalist, but still felt cozy). The water pressure was excellent and even had a mountain view from the shower. The patios were shady and road noise inside the home was minimal. The sheets were like heaven and the record player was a fun bonus. We were very impressed with this rental as we have been rather disappointed with many other rentals we have stayed in over the past couple of years. Would definitely stay here again!

Great base for hiking

We stayed here 6 nights as part of an 18-day trip through Colorado. Our primary purposes were 1) do challenging day hikes; 2) cook breakfast and a multi-course dinner in the evenings. In short: this home was perfectly located for our hikes, had all amenities as advertised, and we would consider staying here again; however, if cooking is your thing, see notes below. This wonderful home is located near Boulder Canyon Drive and close to all the great hiking trails. It appears to be newly renovated, has high end appliances, and the shower and tub upstairs were absolutely fantastic – the best of our three VRBOs on this trip – which was really welcome after a long day of hiking. The living and dining room were comfortable. The kitchen was filled with high-end appliances and easy to use. There was a nice pod coffee maker, although we brought our own. All amenities were as advertised, and we had a great time. A few minor notes. There is no grill and no vent hood over the cooktop, which somewhat limits the types of foods that can be prepared. Also, for a 2-bedroom home, this is on the smaller side and the kitchen is best for one person at a time. Since cooking is often a big part of our trips, the cooking considerations might cause us to consider other options on a future visit.

Great Location, Great Rental

This townhouse is perfectly located in Boulder and is very clean and nicely remodeled. The host had everything needed and the rental process was easy. If we return to Boulder, this would be our first choice.
