Attractive, comfortable, convenient.
We prefer to stay in isolated houses and this was the best so far: we plan to stay here again. At the end of a rough mile-long farm track (no problem for normal cars) the house is built on a slope, so that all rooms have natural light. The furniture and decoration is attractive, there is more than ample storage in all the rooms plus a utility room downstairs. All rooms are generously-sized and the pictures are accurate. The wifi was fine even for streaming but dropped periodically on some days (the weather?). But it was still better than other rural houses we have stayed in. The owners live next door, and are helpful but never intrusive. Time to the centre of Florence was about 60-70 minutes (driving, parking and walking). Beccaria car park always had space.

Amazing house like a dream.
Amassing cottage exactly as describe, super clean plenty of space for a family. Great location right in the heart of Tuscany with incredible views and it was super peaceful. Magdalena was so nice and knowledgeable very responsive and gave us numerous recommendations for the local area. The house is ease to find through google maps instead of GPS. Truly a dream house in the quiet, beautiful countryside. I can’t wait to return.

Perfect home in Tuscany
This was the perfect home for our family while we visited Tuscany and Florence. The property and surrounding land are gorgeous, and it’s just 20 minutes from Florence. Magdalena was so kind and gracious, very responsive, and gave us several recommendations for the local area. We would love to come here again.

It is a wonderful mix of historic country charm and modern sophistication with all the conveniences you might want. Outstanding property
This is the perfect place to land if you want to explore what Tuscany has to offer. View is amazing and Magdalena has created a space that is relaxing inside and outside. There is a great local cafe/deli/pizzeria not far from the cottage that was our go-to in the mornings. Such a lovely rental.

Cute Cottage in Tuscany!
Our stay at this cottage was wonderful. It had everything we needed to make our visit comfortable. It was nice that it was in the countryside but still so close to several quaint villages and just 15-20 minutes drive from Florence. The owners were very accommodating as well. Such a nice place to stay!

Wonderful Tuscan cottage
Lovely Tuscan cottage on the owner’s large property. Very peaceful, private and quiet. Excellent location to serve as a base while exploring the rest of Tuscany, or to relax in the beautiful countryside. Cottage is very clean and has everything you need, including air conditioning. Magdalena is a wonderful host, very helpful and thorough. She gave us our privacy during our stay. Thoroughly recommend a stay in this cottage.

wonderful stay
The farm house is very charming and located on beautiful property about 20 minutes from Florence attractions. The hostess was very responsive and helpful. The interior is 5 star in a 200 year old structure. part of an old wine estate and there is a 5 star winery/restaurant across the highway, 5 minutes away. If you like quiet in wine country, high end furnishings, and long walks, this is for you.

Relaxing Stay
The cottage and surrounding countryside are even more beautiful than the photos, Magdalena is a wonderful host with so much great advice on things to do in the surrounding area. Despite only being 30 minutes from Florence, this property really gives you a taste of the Tuscan countryside. We loved our stay!

Quiet Retreat on a hilltop.
The cottage is really sweet and comfortable. It has been newly renovated. Accurate online pictures. Out of town; definitely a rural location. The owner was accommodating and responded quickly when we reached out. Bring your bug spray!!

Very quiet place in countryside
We had a wonderful stay here and took drives in nearby Chianti towns. The cottage is at the end of a private road and is perfect for a couple. Lots of birdsong and walks down the road showed views of the nearby vineyards.

Beautiful Tuscan Cottage/Great Views
The cottage was exactly as described. Super clean and had that great Tuscan vibe. Plenty of space for my husband and I and our two boys. Great location right in the heart of Tuscany. The views were amazing and it was super peaceful. We would definitely come back again if we get back to that area. My family and I would highly recommend this cozy cottage.

Absolutely splendid rental. Magdalena and Carlo were terrific hosts. Spotless, beautiful, stones and brick throughout, fine tasteful finishing and very spacious and comfortable. Truly a dream rental in the quiet, beautiful countryside. Cannot wait to return!!

Urlaubsfeeling pur.
Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit einer sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieterin. Wir haben unsere Tage hier sehr genossen. Auch die gute Anbindung an Florenz hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man war schnell auf der Autobahn und in wenigen Minuten direkt auf dem Parkplatz Villa Constanza.
