Awesome beautiful property
What a gem! Waking up right next to the water, swimming at 6am, and enjoying the waves in the evening is just a few things you’ll enjoy. Everything was clean, stocked and perfect. My only suggestion would be to update some pictures to show that no dry beach is available. It wasn’t a big deal for us but I could see how some people would rely on beach access. Jumping from stairs right into smashing waves wasn’t easy some days, otherwise, absolutely loved our stay!

Clean and accommodating
I had trouble getting hot water to showers and sinks, but turned out was mostly my fault not understanding how to operate. The bathroom sinks are too small to practically use, especially with that glass shelf so close above the faucet.

El apartamento es muy completo, y todo funciona correctamente. La unidad 22 tiene la mejor vista de todas. Se encuentra cerca de Camana hay q es muy importante. La playa se encuentra con algunas piedras que pueden ser algo molestas. Los atardeceres son increíbles. Jeferson fue de gran ayuda siempre!

Glorious
One of the most beautiful places on the planet to view and connect with the ocean <3. Incredibly comfortable and modern residence just steps to shops and restaurants. The most incredible sunsets and sunrises and the views make this place the perfect peaceful getaway. Would highly recommend and definitely return. Jes was kind and gracious and helpful beyond measure!

Deception/False advertisement
Very disappointed that what was online was not accurate. They show large beach area with lounge chairs and umbrellas which was what we based our decision on. Surprised a format as popular as Vrbo would allow this to happen.

Excellent!
I’ve been coming out to Cayman for over 14 years and love it. I’ve stayed in this unit a few times now and have had a great experience with the unit, the manager and the hosts. Everyone is so friendly, the service is fantastic, and you can’t beat having the ocean right outside your back door.

Beach access not as advertised
The property is very nice and the property manager was amazing. However there is no beach in front of the unit… the whole reason we booked it. You have to drag a chair to the property next door just to have beach access. They really need to update their pictures and descriptions.

Incredible Condo!
By far the most well-stocked kitchen in a condo we’ve ever stayed in. The beds and bedding were top-notch. The location was fantastic, and the views were breathtaking. Fegurson, the property manager was always available to assist and answer any questions.

Christmas stay right on the beach beautiful views
This was our first time staying 10 feet away from the shores of any beach, but with all the safety, beauty and amenities to enjoy at our fingertips. We rented the bottom unit and top unit as we were two families with 8 people in our group. The units were well decorated, well stocked and washers available. Everything is walkable, we made few dinners and breakfasts in the apartment, bought groceries nearby, ate at Camana bay restaurants and at a small diner for breakfast. We enjoyed everything. The cons were this property is in the southern side which suffered from recent storms and the sands got washed away near our apartments , so we couldn’t play or use the beach water but took walks every day. The water is very rocky so water shoes are recommended. We went to other beaches like cemetery, presidents, rum point , starfish beach etc. we didn’t rent a car and we took public vans. We used Captain Marvin’s boat tour and they picked us up and dropped us off by the units. The biggest issue I had was everything was super expensive in this island but all in all beautiful serene place to come visit once, for families with kids.

Slice of heaven
Loved staying in this attractive, comfortable place literally on the water! Great sunsets and the beautiful sounds of the sea. Would advise renting a car to take advantage of all that Grand Cayman offers although there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Stayed at this condo with 3 children and it was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed; all we bought was food. The general manager Mr. Ferguson was very attentive to any questions or needs that we had. Everything is within walking distance. The ocean is steps out the back door. The mini balcony was a dream. We loved drinking our morning coffee and sitting in the Adirondack chairs while watching the ocean. Every morning there was staff cleaning the sand off of everything; chairs, tables, balcony. They work very hard to keep this property clean. My one and only complaint is when the beach got busier, there were many people passing and hanging out in front of the doors on the balcony which was extremely obnoxious. We even had a couple sit on the chairs right in front of the doors drinking beer. Other than that we loved this condo, and will be back!

Five Star Vacation
This condo exceeded expectations! The views are as breathtaking as shown in the photos There is really no closer condo to the beach! Quiet complex with private beach and several chairs and umbrellas. Swimming, paddle boarding (we rented), and snorkeling all right outside the condo. The futon and bed in the 2nd den room worked great for our young teens. Appreciated the 2nd bathroom plus on suite and washer and dryer came in handy. The condo has very modern upgrades, new appliances, all the kitchen utensils you need, and very clean. The location is minutes walk or scooter from Camana Bay and so many other shops and restaurants. No need for a rental car. The host and manager helped coordinate a grocery delivery from Foster's before we arrived which stocked us for the week with drinks, a few meals, and snacks. We will definitely stay again when we return to the island!

Great location!
This place was awesome. You can’t get any closer to the beach. Also a great location in general, I was able to walk to grab coffee and breakfast to several places. I highly recommend and am so happy to find this gem!

The property is exactly as it appeared on line. The view and location is fantastic. Private beach, great off shore snorkeling, great pool, near to stores and shopping. Owner & rental manager are terrific. Will be returning again in 2023 to same unit. Great rental experience.

Relaxing vacation with phenomenal views
The property was very clean and impressive. However there were a few glitches: A/C went out, no top sheets on beds, ceiling fans didn’t work and a few other minor details. Our property manager was very quick in responding to our hurdles and did his best. This may have been the first time the condo was rented since COVID shutdown, I’m not sure. Also, there is no private outside sitting area for the condo. It is a common space right outside the patio doors and several times we had to ask people to move as they blocked the patio door into the condo. This could best be rectified if there were designated chairs and table for this condo. The price for this condo is top notch and I expect the same top notch service and amenities in return. That being said, The Cayman Islands are worth a return visit.
