Sweet Little Cabin
Very cute, clean and well-appointed cabin! Great location just a few minutes from Custer and Hill City. Our little family of 4 had a wonderful weekend, it could have easily accommodated another guest or two.

couldn't be better for family stay
This works for family member from 9-74. So appreciate the fact we can bring dogs, love the hot tub, immediate access to Michelson Trail. right in the heart of the Hills.

So clean, so cozy, so perfect! Our group enjoyed our stay so much. The hosts have thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The beds were great, not too soft & not too firm. Everything was perfect!

Great Weekend Getaway to Custer
The house was very nice, clean and well maintained. We planned our trip around hiking Black Elk Peak, and this location was just a short drive over to Sylvan lake and the trailhead. We loved coming back and relaxing in the hot tub. It is also a nice quick drive into town where we enjoyed walking around and eating at local restaurants. Our kids loved the loft, and enjoyed playing some of the games at the house. Would love to stay here again next time we come to Custer.

Clean, modern, and well located
Very clean and comfortable house. Nicely located between Custer and Hill City. Close to many of the attractions. Mickelson trail super close and excellent for walking or riding. Will definitely stay at again.

This cabin has very clean and extremely well appointed. We really enjoyed having trail right near house and it was easy to get dog walked. Very nice space for family. We also found the location to be very convenient for visiting attractions we were interested in seeing.

Lovely & welcoming
A great stay! Everything from furnishings to decor to comfy beds to the welcome basket made us feel special! Loved taking a convenient helicopter ride and Mikelson Trail out the back door was great for morning walks with the dog. The hosts were quick to respond to questions but not intrusive. And how nice not to have a list of chores for checkout. We highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Home!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the hot tub got used everyday! The kids enjoyed watching the helicopters come in and land each morning. We were never bothered by the closeness of this attraction. We felt very centrally located to everything we did on our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves visiting the area again!

Well appointed and beautiful home
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house has plenty of space and is fully stocked with more than enough essentials. My husband especially appreciated all the supplies so we don’t have to go buy hand soap or toilet paper on vacation and then leave it behind. The house is very nicely decorated and we could watch the Olympics which was fun! And the hot tub is great. It is centrally located to all the main sites and close to Hill City for restaurants, shopping and a grocery store. My only complaint is that we weren’t aware the helicopter tour company is literally in front of the house and at times if you are outside, it’s loud. It wasn’t too bad as they stopped flights pretty early in the evening and the other thing is next door are these run down buildings that seem abandoned. I know you can’t control that but it was kind of ugly. The backyard would be a bit better maybe with some closure for kids as it’s private but also not as the hot tub is open to the front of the house. The trail behind is nice and convenient too. Overall, it’s a great place and we would recommend it as long as you’re aware of the surroundings.

Fantastic place!
This is one of the best places we have stayed! From the thoughtful welcome gift to the great location, this place had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well appointed, comfy beds, lots of fun board games, and very quick owner responses to pre-trip questions. We would highly recommend this property!
