"This home was delightful. We were in the area visiting with friends who live nearby and we loved our stay at the cottage. The beds were super comfortable! Every room was as shown online. We enjoyed sipping coffee in the morning by the creek and sitting in the hot tub after a long day. We will definitely stay at the cottage whenever we are in the area."

"We had a superb stay here in Phoenixville. The bicycles (each with its own lock) made quick trips downtown extra easy and fun. There was a pet-friendly festival in the park across the street with vendors and music during our stay. We were able to take the bikes out for a morning on the Schuylkill River Trail. "We absolutely loved our week in this beautiful house! The pool was perfect for the really hot days we had. The many rooms and areas to hang out were perfect for the rainy indoor days. The rooms and bathrooms couldn’t have been cleaner and the beds so soft and comfy. Richard was very accommodating. He told us multiple times if we needed anything to just ask and he even built us a fire pit to use for the week! We fished in the lake and visited the alpacas. The whole property is gorgeous!...

"This huge house fit my family of 6, plus some extended family, 12 in all. The driveway was a bit narrow getting in but we fit 5 cars in the parking area out back. The house is visibly historic, so there were some things that could be updated like the trim and other cosmetic items, but it was fuctional and spacious. There was some food left in the fridge and cabinets that were not properly sealed, so we disposed of them. I was asked to clean the grill after we used it, but it didn't look like it...

"This is a very old Victorian style house. It has noisy steam heat; barely working locks (some don't work at all), and sketchy electrical. We booked 2br/2ba, which got us the 2nd and 3rd floors (host lives on the 1st floor). Furnishings are old; kitchens are functional, but that's it. Water pressure was VERY low.
