"The host provided clear communication for check in and verified that normal amenities that weren’t listed (iron and ironing board) were available. They even put the items out for me before I arrived. Check in went seamlessly. Plenty of space for a single traveler and could accommodate four with the pull out bed. The kitchen was well supplied. Hot water was hot and the baseboard heaters took the chill off an abnormally cold summer weekend. Fun to see deer right outside the window in the morning....

"Property was great and in great location, but the customer service was just less than subpar. Took almost 2 months to complete the tax exempt process (another company through VRBO took less than a week), I would not receive responses for weeks at a time and I received multiple conflicting answers over the same topic when I called in - very inconsistent and frustrating."

"The condo was as advertised! Very spacious with plenty of room for a family of four to spread out. The hot tub was hot and the fireplace emitted heat inside and out. There was no snow on the slop right by the condo but it was still a very short drive to the bottom on Disciple 8 chair lift (and you could just park on the side of the road right by it) or you could drive a little further to the main ski area which was also very close. This was our first time to Boyne Mtn and was a great experience....

"We booked this condo for the space and location for of our Girl Scouts troops end of the year trip. We have a large group of girls and adults. Therefore we were very excited to find a place we could all stay in together. The owners were very quick to answering our questions and concerns. This condo is beautiful and has so much room. We had an amazing time together and are greatful for finding this gem of a place. "

"Owner was super accommodating with our situation. Home was a perfect fit for our group of 12. Roomier than we expected. Very clean and located in a great area. Would absolutely book again. Much more comfortable than hotels and a great shirt walk to the resort. Only downside is that dryer only dries to the level of damp - unless it's a long stay, I could wait to do laundry once I'm home."

"We had a young basketball team stay here for a tournament. Stephan's place was able to accommodate our entire team, comfortably. The description of the property is very accurate. Our players were able to walk down to the waterpark and restaurants at the resort. Some even walked to the lake to swim. Stephan was responsive and able to work through any questions or miscommunications during the trip. We would stay again for future basketball tournaments in Boyne and Petoskey!"

"We had a great stay although it was short. We loved the area and pool. The condo was so cute and inviting. The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. The only downside was the upper windows didn’t have curtains or blinds to block the sun. If it was winter time it wouldn’t be an issue but when the sun comes at at 6am it can be a little bothersome. That wasn’t really a big issue but just wanted to put it out there to timber a sleep mask lol. Overall it was a great trip would definitely come...
