Beautiful outdoor retreat. Loved the pool with seated floats, sunny and shaded areas, hammock, cushioned lounge chairs, tv’s, great sound system… We spent 90% of our time outdoors.

A private getaway
If privacy is what you're looking for then look no further. We loved the exterior with the Tiki Hut, pool and so much more. Jimmy had everything ready for us. The pool was a comfortable 80 degrees + The room was cooled. The exterior lights and fountain were running. Everything was as promised.

This place does not disappoint in any way. Jim is ready to address any issue and is always available. It’s a perfect hideaway and very private. We’ve been there two years in a row and will definitely be back.

This place is every bit what we hoped it would be. Close to great restaurants and beach yet secluded enough if you just want to chill. Great atmosphere to relax at the pool and cheeki hut. Host was great too.

Fantastic setup
Jim (and Milo, his dog) were outstanding hosts, what a neat setup. The area on the back of their property is set up for fun, sun, music, and convenience with privacy. He’s got a Bluetooth sound system setup, multiple TV’s, a grill, and more for all kinds of entertaining. Short distance off I95 on a dead-end street that is beautiful. Enjoyed it a lot!

We read all the previous reviews and Jim’s place exceeded all of our expectations. Jim is readily accessible for any issues- which there was none. No need to go anywhere once you’re there. Pool was great and heated. Tiki hut provided plenty of shade for the midday sun. A private oasis with everything you would need. Will be back.

great get away for two
this place was great and exactly as advertised. if in this area again we would definitely stay here again. I was worried about being in the back yard of the main house - this is absolutely no issue - was totally private, like an oasis. host was great -met us very late as our plane was delayed. great kitchen, awesome tiki hut. grocery, restaurants, shopping all close by. Mattress was a little soft but overall 5 stars.

Lovely Boynton Beach stay with your own personal pool and tiki hut!
The strongest thing going for this rental is the wonderful outdoor area. The heated pool and tiki hut is like a mini resort. Jim is a very accommodating host who wants to be sure you have everything you need for your stay. Very nice vacay!
