The Fall of the Hurricane
The stay at the property was without incident. Very clean and great location to beaches, restaurants and things to do. Even though the Hurricane closed all beaches while we were there we found other things to do. The owner was in touch several times giving me ideas of things to do and the good restaurants. I will definitely return soon.

A lovely comfortable condo with great proximity to the beach.
It was a very comfortable stay with a lovely pool to cool off in. The proximity to the beach and local family was ideal. Our stay in this condo was nice. My only suggestion would be to install an icemaker and maybe supply some more dish towels and dish cloths! Overall, a nice place to stay.

This retreat was just as described and pictured. We enjoyed our time using the many amenities that were available to us. Super clean, quiet, and great location to beaches and restaurants! Host was amazing and always eager to answer any questions or give recommendations.

Wonderful for a family with small children
I can't say enough great things about having access to the pools with our children. It's hard to visit the beach for long with an infant and toddler in the hot sun, but the pools provided the perfect entertainment. The condo was beautiful, with everything we needed. The only thing that we were missing was an infant bed and high chair, but we made it work with what we had (this would have been an issue staying anywhere that wasn't a hotel). We had a beautiful view of the lake and even had some duck visitors to the screened porch. The community was quiet and peaceful and offered SO much entertainment for the price. Bradenton and Coquina beach were a 15-25 minute drive depending on traffic (Memorial day weekend). Richard was a wonderful host and great communicator. We would absolutely stay again!

Condo was beautiful and clean. Very nice area - close to airport, Beach, restaurants, grocery stores and my parents. Could not have made a better choice. Manager was great! Don't hesitate on this condo!!

Great Place and Location
Based on the reviews and the pictures I made my decision to stay at this location. I could not have a better selection. The property was clean, spacious, well stocked and in great neighborhood. Richard the HOST, was an amazing host from the time of booking until the time of check-out. He was very informative of the area and offered great suggestions for activities around and near the area. Any concerns of issues were addressed immediately. However, the only issue we had was that the coffee maker went out while we were there. His response to replace it with a new coffee maker was immediately. The checkin and checkout process was easy and simple. You will not be disappointed with this choice. I loved my stay and definitely plan to return again.

I rented this property for 3 months and this is the third year I have done so. Could not have been more content or happier. Richard responds quickly to any questions, requests, needs. I have already set my dates for fall and winter stay. You will be missing the opportunity to be rested, restored and content if you don't sign on You will not regret your decision. the property is as described with all the amenities you will need for a stress free, safe, convient location, every thing you need is in walking distance yet the grounds are peacefully quiet.

The property has been nicely updated in a nice community close to the beaches but far enough away to be a much better value. Owner was very cooperative and communicated constantly to ensure everything was going well. Would stay there again.

Girls Trip
We rented this Condo for our Annual girls trip. It was just perfect for our little group. We loved the location and it was very clean. Richard communicated with us often and even gave us some great suggestions for restaurants we would absolutely stay here again.

Had great communication with our host Richard prior to checking in and then again during the morning of checkout. He made it really easy and left instructions in a binder. The place was easy to find, clean, and in a good location with grocery shopping and restaurants near by.

Bradenton Gem
Richard, our host, was wonderful. He took the time to make sure everything was just right for us. We especially loved the master suite and also all of the amenities that the association offers. Our grandchildren loved the two pools and hot tubs. We all enjoyed the great restaurants and beaches on Anna Maria Island. The condo location is excellent, with quick and easy access to AMI. We’re so glad we found this gem. We’d definitely stay again!

Lots of things to do at the condo we stayed at with my family. We especially liked learning how to play pickle ball. Close location to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, and other shops nearby. Centrally located and the communication with the owner was great!
