Wonderful! Exceptinally clean, well equipped

From beginning to end, this was a wonderful experience. Check in instructions were clear and it was so easy. Spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need. Great linens. I will stay here the next time I'm visiting friends in the area. Thank you for a delightful stay!

Hidden gem

This is unit good for a couple or a family with two smaller children. Not a big condo building!!! A great setting, wonderful yard with many things to do. Small pool but a lot of fun. This is a very clean and nicely appointed. You have everything you will need. Definitely do it again!!

Colorful and cozy!

We were very happy to have had the opportunity to stay at this cute villa with the enchanting backyard. This was our first experience with Vrbo and Adam and Theresa made it a very memorable one as they are the nicest couple and are very attentive to their rentals. Everything was exactly as pictured and every need was there for us to make our stay very enjoyable. We will certainly look to staying there again when in the area to visit family.

I loved how we were at the end of the Riverwalk which we used to ride bikes and walk on, we were close to the water and could watch the sunset, use the communal bikes, sit out at night, use the pool area, and relax in varied ways. Communication was top notch. We felt very welcomed. The studio room had everything we needed and was so cute.

Amazing villa!

Every little detail was perfect in this villa... inside and out! Theresa was also was a wonderful host and responded to any questions I had promptly. I would 100% stay here again!

Orioles Spring Training

The unit was very nice, clean and well decorated. Definitely had a nice beachy feel. Loved the heated pool, the backyard was beautiful. Liked coming home at night and seeing that big tree all lit up. The owners had beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even bikes there for your use.

Great stay in Bradenton

This is a lovely rental. Great amenities, beautiful décor, comfortable bed. Having the park out your doorstep was a great bonus. We enjoyed a beach day at Holmes Beach as well as dining with a river view. Hope to be back!

Lovely In Every Way

Our villa was perfect for a romantic getaway, clean and filled with everything we needed for a great trip. The pool and backyard offered beautiful outdoor spaces and as guests, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Communication with our host Theresa was excellent and she was very accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

You will Love this Unit

Unit is just as pictured, nicely furnished, comfortable and immaculate. Very nice unit, with large Smart TV, KCup Coffee maker with all appliances , bicycles and beach stuff to use, grounds and pool area are really cute. Owner/host is one of the best, fast response....would not hesitate to stay here again.

Welcoming, Very Clean, Attention to Detail A+

We stayed before Helene. It was extremely clean and nicely decorated inside and out. Cute, welcoming personal touches even a bag of snacks with our Dog's name. PERFECT for a Florida vacation. definitely reminded me of growing up here. We hope everything is Ok there now!! Our prayers are with ya'll!! Thank you

Awesome Location/Property

Wonderful property, owners so nice and do a great job in caring for everything! Location was 5+++, view of Bay, well kept Park across the street and on the Bay, central location to most everything we were interested in. Owners seem to have thought of their guests in cleanliness, extra little niceties... Bed, windows, a/c, fridge, stove, lighting, utensils --- all great. 5**** choice

DELIGHTFUL!!

Theresa & Adam were excellent hosts. The accommodation was perfect for our 6 night stay. Well appointed & efficient use of space. Everything was spotless. The backyard space was a wonderful & peaceful reprieve after a busy day's outing. A big plus was the use of chairs & umbrellas for our beach days & the bikes to explore the neighborhood & ride the legacy trail. Proximity to downtown via the Riverwalk was an added bonus. Highly recommend this accommodation.
